Thai man screams at Farang This is my country I’ll park where I want – Video

This movie is shocking. This Thai guy takes some Farang guys parking spot and then starts yelling at him to piss off and calling him a cunt. The Thai man says "This is my country I'll park where I want you cunt!". Apparently what happened is the guy cut in front of him to take the spot and says that he already had the parking spot reserved before the Farang man came. He is screaming at the Farang guy.

The amount of comments from Thai people discrediting the Thai guy is surprising though. Most of the Thai's that have replied have said that they are embarrassed to be Thai when these kind of people are around.

I swear Thai people change completely when they are behind a wheal. They have this god complex when in a car and could care less about anyone else on the road Thai or Farang. The god complex goes as far as not caring if a police or ambulance are coming, red lights, yeah whatever, and parking is the worst!

I've had this guy park his bloody car in front of my shop for the past month, his put one of those plastic covers over the car makes it look like i'm living in the slums. I don't get why he just doesn't park at his house and his the owner of his own shop across the road. What kind of dick does that. But that's what you get in Thailand people think they can just park wherever they want and whenever they want.

The guy in the video is a total jerk and I've met heaps of them here and of course back in OZ and the USA. But never have I heard someone say that they have the right to park here because it's my country. Shit, the Farang was driving a BMW and probably paid more tax than the Thai guy so who has more of a Right.

There are good people in Thailand but when a dick like this starts mouthing off like he did it doesn't look good for Thai people.

Obviously the Farang man was older than the Thai man and yet the Thai man is mouthing of showing very little respect. Thai people are supposed to respect there elders right and are supposed to be known for being calm and patient. I think that is total BS because the only time you see that shit is at school or work where it's necessary to either stay at school or keep your job. But on the street and in the car, I don't see these same personality traits. Unless Thai people are getting something out of it things like respect and courtesy go out the window.

The video was shot at the Phitsanulok Central shopping center, private property so really doesn't matter if he was Thai or not, the land isn't Thai's anymore it's Centrals! Dumbass. Oh if your out there man reading this blog I'd love to hear your comments and what really went down, and for everyone else this ever happened to you? What's your thoughts?

Yes Chris, being a long-time resident fo Bangkok and traveling all over Thailand regularly confirms that, “Unless Thai people are getting something out of it things like respect and courtesy go out the window.” Just going out of my condo to get a cup of coffee in the morning gives me an ample supply of “dirty-looks,” – usually from nationalistic, uneducated Thais that regard me as being an unwelcome-guest in THEIR country.
Oh well, …”another day in paradise.”

The rudest people I’ve ever met in the world all live in Thailand. And since I lived in LA for years that’s saying something.

ditto – I have lived in many places (India for a year working) but nothing beats the Thais selfishness – weird but that’s a compromise we have to make living here. I try not to think about it too much (mostly unsuccessfully) when they push in, park where they wants and basically behave like dickheads. However I have also seen kindness and consideration here too (but not when it comes to driving).

Arsehole – thinks he’s a God – hate guy’s like these no matter what their nationality but Thais do it a lot – I see these pricks parking anywhere and everywhere. Thais can be polite when not behind the wheel but complete pricks when they drive.

Another thing – I also hate the arseholes who block of with chairs and cones parking outside their houses or shops – it’s ‘common area’ no one owns it but they think they are entitled – they should visit their local Wat and learn something about their culture.

These are a only a few occasion’s when I CRAVE law and order as in EU or US where you just can’t hijack parking as if you own it – this is one of them.

    Really distasteful and arrogant

I have a guy behind my place who puts piles of old tires to block the parking spot behind my place so noone else will take the spot. Meanwhile he has his own carport he doesn’t even use. I’m at wits end honestly.

twat – if you live with a Thai let them take it on (or your landlord) – it’s really pathetic but don’t take it on personally as you will never win as the Thais are so nationalistic – I love it here but hate this kind of stuff but you don’t have to be Thai to be a prick – I see many farangs act that way too. I just hate pricks wherever they come from. But as we have said before – Thailand – particularly has ‘issues’ with selfishness. I don’t think Thailand are the worse drivers I have seen (go to Mumbai) but they are the most selfish.

Ive lived here for eight years now and am seriously thinking about a change. I dont mind dickheads like this prick, I can handle them with ease.

It’s the more disturbing side of Thai culture that we see more and more on the news concerning abuse of innocents. What I saw this week with the Thai man the the three year old girl makes me so angry I could happily throw the switch on the bastard. I have a six year old girl and regulary think about her safety. Sorry to bring down the tone its just on my mind.

Yes, a friend of mine recently confided with me that when she was 9 years-old, and walking home from school, a 20 year-old jumped out of the bushes with a knife and raped her. (He told her that if she told anyone, he would kill her family!) She’s still traumatized by it – 21 years later!

All day – everyday, I see hundreds of examples of the Thai’s “ME FIRST” mentality!

there are not enough words to describe what I’d like to do with these sick bastards and I would have no hesitation or guilt about pulling the trigger! and, yes, I also see ME culture here all the time ‘mai bpen rai’ actually translates as ‘don’t give a shit’
