Destination Kalasin – Supak Hotel

You’re probably wondering why on earth would you go to Kalisin for? For a taste of the country girls right. Even though I’m not that into Isaan girls I have been to the area and found it an easy score and super cheap. There is a technical college university and large school all right near town so there are many younger girls hanging around. This place is cheap even though it’s 30 years old they have renovated the rooms to make it look good. A week in this town you could go through several girls.

Movie of the Week – Teddy Bear

Bodybuilder goes to Pattaya? Funnily enough Pattaya is full of bodybuilders so this story actually have more merit than what you’d think. It’s worth taking a look some good scenes of Pattaya’s nightlife. Recommend.
You can download the movie for free from Graboid.

  1. You are becoming thai, holding predjudice against isaan girls although you shacked up with one for 3 years and spent months in pattya.Posting photos consistently of very average looking girls that have white skin.Thats a thai thing only the skin important.
I,ve seen beautiful girls from all over thailand, and I,d be dissapointed if the one in the picture was the best I could do.Unless of course I was 70- 80 years old.

    1. I shacked up with one for 3 years? dude my ex was from Suphanburi which is in the central region of Thailand and looks nothing like an isaan girl. Sure I’m becoming Thai, just as the name of this blog is living thai I hope to become as Thai as I can. There are beautiful girls in Thailand everywhere sure, from the looks of what I see most farang with, they’d be happy to get a girl that looked like this.

    2. I have often thought the same think when looking at the girl of the week photos. They are too white for my taste. I prefer darker girls. When I see Filipina girls putting that skin whitening crap on, I tell them “Why would I come to Southeast Asia for a white girl? If I wanted a white girl, I can easily get one in the US or Europe!” Friends of mine have said they have the same opinion.

  2. Love the ‘Girl of the Week’ section…..do you take the photos,if so can you get the girls to show a bit more…maybe a couple of topless shots at least!

    Cheers…Phil

  3. Looks cute to me… sort of ‘standard’ Chiang Mai girl. I’ve had better and… I’ve had worse – nice – most farang living in ‘farangland’ would die for a girl of this standard and probably would only meet her in their fantasies while they are wanking on a Friday night after working 9 to 5, Mon to Fri and lying next to their wife of 20 years and wondering WTF did I do with my life?

  4. Hi Chris

Regarding Retiring to Thailand on an Aussie Pension. Here’s the very latest and it’s not good
    Changes to Centrelink payments overseas

The tightening of income support rules for Australians travelling overseas may have an impact on how, and where, you plan to spend your retirement.

Currently, recipients of Government support payments can be overseas for 13 weeks and continue to receive their income support payments. This will be reduced to six weeks from 1 January 2013.

This change will affect the following benefits:

    Disability Support Pension
    Carer Payment
    Carer Allowance
    Widow B Pension
    Wife Pension
    Widow Allowance
    Partner Allowance
    Mobility Allowance
    Austudy
    Telephone Allowance
    Pension Supplement
    Utilities Allowance
    Seniors Supplement
    Clean Energy Supplement
    Low Income Supplement
    Pharmaceutical Allowance
    Rent Assistance
    Pensioner Education Supplement
    Concession cards?
However, it will not affect recipients of the Age Pension or the Disability Support Pension who have been assessed, under the new rules coming into force on 1 July 2012, as having no future work capacity.

From 1 January 2014, age pensioners who choose to retire or travel for extended periods overseas, will have to have spent 35 years of their working lives in Australia to be eligible to receive the Age Pension. Currently the eligibility is 25 years. From this date should an age pensioner choose to reside overseas for longer than 26 weeks, their pension will be adjusted by how many of the 35 years they resided in Australia while of working age.

Those already living overseas on 1 January 2014 will maintain the 25 years as a base calculation, but should they return to Australia for six months and subsequently leave, they will be subject to the new regulations.

If you are planning on spending an extended period overseas, you should contact a Centrelink Financial Information Services officer on 13 2300 to confirm how this may affect your payments.

Unfortunately trying to contact a Centrelink Financial Information Services officer via their website doesn’t seem to work as I have tried this serveral times already and received no response to my request – and telephoning Centrelink to speak to anyone except a recorded message, can be likened to striking first prize in the lotto. I sometimes think Centrelink hold off answering the phone deliberately, in the hope that we eventually die whilst still hanging on to the receiver, thereby saving them the trouble of dealing with the situation. himself

    I “Second” statements above.
When phoning Centrelink I wish I had a “Speaker Phone” then I could go about doing other things while waiting, waiting, waiting on hold. I try to remember to make a cup of coffee *before* making the phone call, otherwise if I leave phone to make the cuppa, then I may miss hearing Centrelink answer my call.
