Best 5 Star Hotel in Bangkok under $100 2011
Searching for a great hotel to stay at for my birthday coming up in August and I've found the perfect place. Located off sukhumvit in soi 15 is the Dream Hotel Bangkok. And what a deal it is, I called reception and asked about the beds, the most important thing for me when I stay at a hotel in Bangkok is the bed, many hotels have these hard beds made for Asian's who are comfortable sleeping on hard floors but not me, i like a nice soft bed that I can sink into, reception tells me they imported their beds in from America and are just the way I like them, perfect!
The Dream Hotel is perfect place to stay because of the location, soi 15 off of Sukhimvit road is a quiet street away from the busy bars of Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy but not that far that you can't just walk to either one, it's easier to hail a cab out the front of the hotel as well. And the price, yeah here's the thing, Agoda has this great special on right now for the Dream Hotel (click here for more details) where you can stay for less than $100 per night which is a deal for this hotel, you can even get the cheaper room for $60 a night!
The Dream Hotel has free wifi for all guests which I believe is a must for any great hotel, the Internet shouldn't be charged for at any hotel and it seems Dream Hotel in Bangkok agrees. 42 inch plasma Tv's in every room, they even let you use an Ipod Nana for free while your staying there, wow how awesome is that because i always seem to forget mine. 300 thread count egyptian cotton sheets perfect! Of course the standard hair dryer which my Mia Noi always insists on dragging around everywhere.
A rooftop swimming pool and 195 rooms the Dream Hotel is really a dream. Something about rooftop pools and partying in Bangkok that appeals to me especially when i want to live it up on a special occasion like my birthday.
You know a place is good by the guest reviews and The Dream Hotel has had over 2000 reviews and still everyone agrees, that this place is fantastic.
Book your room early before the high season arrives and you might just be paying double what you can get the room for now. To make a booking or for more information click here.
